This notice explains how BaxiFit uses personal information submitted through the BaxiFit Kitchen Style Studio and when you contact us about a kitchen project.

Information we collect

Depending on what you choose to provide, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, preferred contact method, kitchen design selections, room preferences, project notes and any room photographs you attach to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your kitchen enquiry, discuss your project, prepare for a consultation or quotation, and keep a record of the design choices you asked us to consider.

Our lawful basis

Where you ask us to contact you about an enquiry, we process the information needed to respond to that request and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we ask for consent to contact you, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your personal information. Enquiries submitted through the Kitchen Style Studio are processed by our form-delivery provider so they can be emailed to BaxiFit. We otherwise share information with service providers only where needed to operate our website, communications or business systems, or where the law requires us to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your project, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or receive a copy of information you supplied. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, please contact BaxiFit first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Kitchen Style Studio storage

The Kitchen Style Studio may save your design selections in your browser so you can continue your design journey. Room photographs remain on your device until you submit the enquiry; attached photographs are then sent with the form for delivery to BaxiFit.
